Welcome to my little corner of the internet my friends! This website is meant to be a place to organize and share all the passions, projects, and travels I have had over the years and hopefully be a place to help you learn and grow too.

In college, I did my undergrad degree in Psychology because I fascinated by how people think and why they do the things they do. After college, this love of human behavior and the inner workings of the brain landed me unexpectedly in the Health and Fitness space where I spent 6 years leading online health group, teaching group fitness and outdoor bootcamps, and leading women through coaching and inner childhood work to heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

Growing up I was really into dance, horseback riding, scrapbooking, gymnastics, and photography. Ever since I was old enough, I was finding ways to make money. I started babysitting and running local lemonade stand from age 10, and when I was 15-16 I stated my first photography business taking senior portraits and capturing local horse show events. As soon as I could, I started my first job as a hostess and waitress at a local family owned breakfast spot. My senior year I was photography editor of our yearbook, and worked at a bakery after school on the weekdays and at the restaurant on the weekends.

In college, I held many leadership roles in my Sorority, Phi Mu, and other organizations like NSCS.

Looking back, it makes sense that right after college I jumped into becoming an entrepreneur. I always had the drive to learn and grow and to teach others along the way.

Today, I am a Sales Manager of a Tech company and am working on being present in my life and really experiencing all it has to offer. I have many plans for how to jump back into entrepreneurship, but for now I am taking it easy and using this website as a space to share things I am learning. I am also planning my DREAM trip to Italy! Stay tuned for more on that on the blog.

I am so thankful for all the experiences and opportunities I have had thus far and I am excited about all that is to unfold as I prepare to enter a new decade (30’s here we come!).
